Aarons Creek Farms, Inc. warrants that the products have been labeled as required by law and that they conform to the label descriptions.  Aarons Creek Farms, Inc. makes no other warranties, express or implied of merchantability, fitness for purpose or otherwise.

The exclusive remedy for loss or damages due to breach of the foregoing warranty or contract, negligence, or other cause shall be limited, at the option of Aarons Creek Farms, Inc. to the replacement of such product or refund of the purchase price of the product and Aarons Creek Farms, Inc. shall in no event be liable for any other damages, whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential.  By acceptance of the product, the buyer acknowledges that the limitations and disclaimers herein described are conditions of sale and that they constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding warranty or any other liability.

Claims
Claims for defects in the product(s) must be presented to Aarons Creek Farms, Inc. within 10 days from the delivery date of the product.  These warranties and limitations of liability of Aarons Creek Farms, Inc. may not be altered or amended except by an instrument in writing signed by Aarons Creek Farms, Inc.
